Art Taylor is a New England native who found his way
to Florida through his may friends in the angling community.
Over the years, he found it increasingly difficult to cast a
fly on a frozen pond or icy stream; hence he and his wife,
Ruth, migrated to the warmer climates of Florida during
the winter months where open waters beckoned him.
