David Footer of Lewiston, Maine, is an accomplished
artist and master taxidermist whose knowledge of fish,
and brook trout in particular, is the culmination of nearly
50 years of study and observation. His highly successful
taxidermy business, however, is a family affair. Meet one
of the most down-to-earth, pleasant, close-knit families for
whom the love of fish has transformed itself into highly
